Nestled on 148 acres in Purcell, just five miles from I-35, our state-of-the-art facility is designed to cater to all aspects of equine care and reproduction. Led by renowned veterinarian Dr. Joe Boecker, DVM, we specialize in high-quality, advanced reproductive services such as ICSI Managment, embryo transfer, recipient mare leases, stallion and mare management, foaling, and comprehensive year-round care.

With 150 stalls, including spacious foaling stalls, extensive pastures and paddocks enclosed by durable pipe and cable fencing, as well as both indoor and outdoor arenas, we are equipped to offer unparalleled facilities. Our dedicated team at Noble Equine Services is committed to delivering individualized, compassionate care for each horse—whether a high-performing athlete, a broodmare, or a beloved companion.

Our Team.

We are nothing without our team and we have a great one! Our lead veterinary Dr. Joseph Boecker, DVM, Is a veterinarian with more than five decades of experience in equine reproduction and dentistry. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1974 and is an accredited USDA veterinarian. After graduation, he completed an internship at Southwest Stallion Station in Texas under Dr. Charles Graham, and then spent several years working with Thoroughbreds across the United States until 1983.

From 1984 to 1998, Dr. Boecker focused on equine reproduction in Ohio before joining Interstate Equine Services in Oklahoma (1999–2009) as an associate veterinarian working alongside Dr. McCarrol. Since 2010, he has dedicated his work primarily to equine dentistry, combining deep clinical knowledge with a genuine concern for the horses in his care.

Dr. Boecker is known not only for his technical expertise but also for his kindness, integrity, and lifelong love for animals. His calm presence, thoughtful approach, and wealth of wisdom have made him a trusted mentor to colleagues and clients alike.

In 2014, Dr. Boecker and Dr. Julia Frati began working together, building a strong and enduring professional partnership based on mutual respect, shared values, and a deep commitment to equine health. Their collaboration continues to grow, delivering advanced reproductive services and exceptional care to breeding programs throughout Oklahoma.

Dr. Julia Frati graduated from Universidade Paulista in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2010, with a focus on equine medicine and reproduction. In 2009, she completed her mandatory internship in equine clinic and surgery at Ford Veterinary Surgery Center in Clovis, California. After graduation, she moved to the United States to further specialize in reproduction, starting an internship with Dr. Matt Gomulak at Interstate Equine in Gainesville, Texas. Later that same year, she joined the prestigious Hartman Equine Reproduction Center, where she had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected veterinarians in the field. During this time, she was mentored by Dr. Aronoff in neonatal care and by Dr. Hartman in advanced reproductive techniques, experiences that shaped her career profoundly.

In 2014, Dr. Frati was hired by Xtra Quarter Horses (part of the Ixtul QH Group) as Head of Reproduction, overseeing breeding operations and managing high-level reproductive programs. After the company was acquired by Silver Spurs, she continued in the same role for an additional two years before founding ProFuture Equine Reproduction, where she served as Head Reproduction Veterinarian for several years, building a reputation for precision, innovation, and exceptional results.

In July 2025, Dr. Frati joined the team at Noble Equine Services, once again collaborating with Lorenzo Vargas, who gave her one of her earliest opportunities in the United States during her time at Xtra Quarter Horses. Returning to work with him and his team is, for Dr. Frati, not only a professional milestone but also a deeply meaningful chapter — a full-circle moment in a career dedicated to advancing equine reproduction

A driving force behind Noble Equine is Sidney Trigilio who oversees everything from billing to paperwork organization, ensuring seamless operations across our entire facility. Most importantly, she serves as our dedicated Breeding Manager, knowing each horse intimately and managing the needs of every mare on the ranch. Sidney’s knowledge and commitment make her an invaluable part of our team, keeping every detail of Noble Equine running smoothly.
